Single dose for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: 1 ampoule (100 mg) by IM/slow IV/IV infusion/SC as prescribed by physician. In general, 400 mg per day need not be exceeded.
In impaired hepatic or renal function, it may be necessary to adjust the dosage intervals.
